Due to Apple's strict iOS sandboxing model, web downloads are routed into the Safari Download Manager rather than directly into the Camera Roll. Follow this 4-step workflow to save clean videos into Apple Photos:
Tap Download Without Watermark on instadnl, then tap Download in Safari's native prompt.
A blue downward arrow icon appears in the Safari URL bar. Tap it when the circle fills to view the downloaded file.
Tap the MP4 item in the downloads list. iOS will open the video preview within the native Files quick viewer.
Tap the iOS Share icon (square with upward arrow) in the lower left and select Save Video. The clip is now stored in your Apple Photos app.
